Those rows are the whole ledger. Skookum never writes down your real name, home address, date of birth, phone number or any payment detail; with nothing in the cove priced, there would be no use for them. Your password reaches the ledger only as a one-way hash. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (the account you asked us to open). Pressing delete on your account page wipes every row at once.

Google tags, with your yes only

Tap “Accept all” and Google Analytics plus Google Ads tags begin tallying visits at the docks and checking whether an advert brought someone down the gangway to play, a first spin for example. Google then receives your IP address, device information and those events. Tap “Essential only” and the tags wait in consent mode, setting no cookies and carrying no advertising identifiers. Lawful basis: consent.

Request logs at the hosting dock

The hosting company behind the docks keeps routine request logs for a brief spell, for security. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

What the wharfinger never does

No payment data, not once: the cove has nothing to sell.
No marketing email from the dock office unless you ask for it.
No one can buy or rent your data off the docks.
The ledger is never shown to gambling operators, and no gambling affiliate link hangs anywhere on the docks.

What PIPEDA lets you ask of the ledger

Your rights do not wait on the tide: access, correct, erase or restrict what we hold, object to processing, or withdraw consent, whenever you like. The delete button on your account page clears the account rows immediately; clearing this site’s data in your browser sweeps out the rest of the dock box. If you are unhappy with us, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada takes complaints at priv.gc.ca.
