Terms of use at the moorings

1. Who runs the docks

These terms govern your use of kelpmoorings.com ("Kelp Moorings", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of kelpmoorings.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may moor here

Only people aged 19 or over may tie up at Kelp Moorings. Stepping onto these docks, which means using the site at all, confirms that you have turned 19.

3. The coins in the cove

• Skookum hands out every coin in the cove for free; all of them are virtual.
• Not one coin has monetary value. A coin is not money, it is not credit, and it is not anybody’s property.
• Nobody can purchase coins, sell them, withdraw them, transfer them or exchange them for money, goods, services or prizes. The cove sells nothing in the app.
• The docks put up no prize with real-world value of any kind.
• Skookum may adjust or reset coins, levels and features at any time, whenever the cove needs it.

4. No real-money gambling at any slip

The docks of Kelp Moorings never offer or promote real-money gambling, and no plank links out to a gambling operator.

5. Your slip (account)

• A free account unties Otterdrift Channel and Spraywake Seaplane. Each person ties up a single account and keeps it unshared.
• Your password stays in your own pocket. If anybody else has got onto your slip, tell the dock office at once.
• The delete button on your account page works at any moment; deletion is immediate and cannot be reversed.
• We may suspend a slip that is used to disrupt the site, or one we believe belongs to a person under 19.
• Coins, levels and missions stay moored to the account; none of them is your property, and any may be reset.

6. Conduct on the docks

Keep clear of disrupting the site or turning automated tools on it, never offer coins in trade, and never let anyone under 19 at the reels.

7. Availability and liability on the docks

The site comes “as is”; any dock of it may be altered or taken away. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Liability that the law says cannot be limited is left unlimited by these terms, and your statutory rights stay untouched.

8. The law that governs the moorage

Ontario provincial law governs these terms, together with whichever federal laws of Canada apply in that province.
